Job summary

Terma Group is seeking a Production Manager to lead one to two skilled teams across three shifts and weekends, ensuring safe, high-quality production. The role emphasizes continuous improvement, teamwork, and accountability in a dynamic defense/aerospace environment.

Fluent English is required; Danish is a plus. The position focuses on coaching, KPI reporting, and fostering a culture of responsibility and collaboration within a diverse, global company.

Qualifications

Your role in our team

As our new Production Manager, you will take ownership of one-two skilled and committed teams of specialized Coordinators and Shop Floor Engineers, working across three different shifts as well as weekend shifts, ensuring that daily operations run efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and performance. You will play a key role in fostering a culture built on cooperation, responsibility, and continuous improvement, where professionalism, respect, and humor coexist to create a motivating and inclusive work environment.

Your key responsibilities include:

• Daily management of the production team with a focus on safety, quality and efficiency

Bring your world class expertise into play

You are fluent in English, both written and verbal, at a professional level. Danish is an advantage but not a requirement.

• A relevant educational background in leadership, with the ability to lead and develop teams, create direction, and ensure commitment
• A minimum of 3–5 years of experience in leadership within a production environment with solid understanding of manufacturing environments, including LEAN principles, quality, and production flow
• Experience in change management, driving and implementing improvements and changes in production
• Strong interdisciplinary collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with other departments and stakeholders
• Empathetic communication skills, with the ability to listen, understand, and create psychological safety within the team
