Job summary

Terma Aerostructures in Grenaa, Denmark, is building a new Manufacturing Engineering organization and seeks a Production Engineering Manager to shape the function and lead a team of 12–15 engineers responsible for the integrity and improvement of our manufacturing processes.

You will apply Lean principles to improve yield and cycle time, ensure customer requirements are met, and develop an engaged, capable team that can operate with increasing independence.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree or similar technical education.
• Experience in manufacturing environments, ideally regulated.
• People leadership experience or readiness to take it.

Responsibilities

• Build the competence framework defining engineer decision autonomy.
• Ensure customer requirements are correctly analyzed and implemented in production.
• Drive First Pass Yield and process performance through structured problem solving.
• Build a proactive engineering culture with controlled process drift.
• Allocate and protect engineers' capacity across daily production, improvement work and new product introduction.
