Job summary

Omada A/S in Alicante, Spain is seeking a Product Manager for Non‑Human Identity. You own the product from backlog to business outcomes, partnering with Engineering, Customer Success, and Marketing to shape the strategy and roadmap.

From day one you define what success looks like, track adoption and retention, and make the trade‑offs that move the product forward. This role offers full product ownership, a hybrid work setup at the Alicante office, and direct exposure to customers and the product

Qualifications

• Proven PM or PO experience on a B2B SaaS product.
• Experience defining and tracking product metrics.
• Strong technical literacy for architecture discussions.
• Ability to write clearly and decide with incomplete information.
• Experience working with Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.

Responsibilities

• Own the product backlog — refine, prioritize, and keep it ready for the team.
• Translate strategy into a sequenced delivery plan — from early access to long-term roadmap.
• Define and track metrics that matter and share with leadership.
• Make trade-off calls on multi-tenancy, deferring features as needed.
• Collaborate with Customer Success to understand usage and gaps.
• Coordinate with Marketing and Sales to ground product story in outcomes.
• Align with wider product organization on roadmaps.
• Run sprint planning and reviews with Engineering Manager.
