e-conomic is building an AI-driven future for accounting data, with a decentralised data foundation. We seek a senior Data Lead to own Product Intelligence data, define standards, and drive cross‑department data strategy.

You’ll work closely with the CPO and analysts to ensure trusted, actionable insights across our product lines. You will be responsible for data direction, governance, and self-service analytics in a fast-growing fintech environment, reporting to the Manager of Product

Formación

• Deep analytics-engineering foundation across SQL, warehousing and ELT.
• Track record of cross-team mandate and governance in data.
• Credibility with senior stakeholders and ability to say no when needed.
• Direction and hands-on role in transforming data products and metrics.
• AI-native practice and experience with self-service data thinking.
• Fluent professional English.

Responsabilidades

• Define direction for product data, live vs. correct data, and what reaches the warehouse.
• Prioritize data work by business impact and align with leadership.
• Set shared standards for analysts and run the data board with the head of Data Platform.
• Own product and customer metrics, and ensure numbers are trusted in management reporting.
• Enable self-service AI-enabled data tooling for product teams while maintaining control.
• Balance modelling, versioning and data-quality discussions with analysts.
