You will own the full lifecycle of AI products—from discovery to deployment and value realisation—while helping the business build its own AI capability, with governance and Responsible AI in scope.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in related field.
• 5+ years managing cross-functional Data & AI initiatives.
• Experience delivering Data, Analytics, ML or Generative AI products.
• Partnering with senior executives and business leaders.
• Experience with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
• Clear, forward-looking leadership for AI product development.
• Awareness of ethical and Responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of AI, analytics and data products from discovery to adoption.
• Identify and scope business challenges into actionable AI initiatives with stakeholders.
• Lead use case discovery, prioritisation, and business case development with KPIs.
• Translate requirements into roadmaps and architectures; run workshops.
• Drive adoption through change management and executive updates.
• Establish governance for AI delivery aligned with Responsible AI and privacy.
