Job summary

Cari is seeking an AI Product Manager in Ballerup to own the end-to-end lifecycle of AI and analytics products, aligning business needs with data science delivery teams. You will shape high-value AI initiatives, prioritise roadmaps, and drive adoption with senior stakeholders across Commercial Data & AI Solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Analytics, Data Science, Information Systems or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience managing complex, cross-functional Data & AI initiatives, including 2+ years in consulting, AI transformation, AI delivery, analytics, product management or programme leadership.
• Experience delivering Data, Analytics, Machine Learning or Generative AI products, and developing enterprise-scale data strategies and AI roadmaps.
• A track record of partnering with senior executives and business leaders, and influencing strategic decisions through data science and analytics.
• Experience working with cross-functional teams – data engineering, ML engineering, analytics, product and operations – and with external vendors.
• The ability to provide clear, forward-looking leadership for AI product development.
• Strong awareness of ethical and Responsible AI practices.

Responsibilities

• Own the full lifecycle of AI, analytics and data products – from discovery and business case to deployment, adoption and value realisation.
• Partner with Commercial leaders to identify, pressure-test and scope business challenges into actionable AI initiatives.
• Manage a portfolio of high-impact initiatives: lead use case discovery, prioritisation and business case development.
• Define KPIs, success metrics and value realisation plans for each initiative.
• Lead AI transformation initiatives across business units, translating requirements into roadmaps and architectures.
• Drive adoption through change management and executive updates; ensure products are embedded in processes.
• Establish governance for AI delivery, ensuring Responsible AI, data privacy, and security compliance.
• Coach team members and stakeholders to raise AI literacy and track emerging AI trends.
