Job summary

KMD is seeking a Product Data Insights Lead to extract meaningful data signals from customer research, usage patterns and market signals. You will craft reports and tools for Product Managers, define evidence criteria, and collaborate with product, tech and commercial leaders to drive data-driven decisions.

The role is hands-on within the product portfolio governance team, emphasizing data foundations, usability insights, and scalable analytics to guide roadmaps and improvements.

Qualifications

• Strong SQL and data modelling to build clean, reusable datasets.
• Hands-on experience extracting, transforming and loading data into Power BI (Power Query, DAX).
• Experience building AI agents or LLM workflows within product data insights.
• Experience combining user research with usage data for product decisions.
• 3–4 years of experience with SaaS products is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based input to product decisions by combining customer research and usage analytics.
• Identify usability issues, friction points and bottlenecks in the user journey for PM action.
• Turn validated insights into practical input for the product roadmap.
• Own metrics for usage, adoption and churn and surface insights to stakeholders.
• Build scalable dashboards and reports with the data team.
