Job summary

NDI Group is seeking an AI Governance & Data Quality Lead who will sit in IT while working closely with the business. You will coordinate master data governance, ensure data quality across countries, and enable responsible, value-creating use of AI.

Reporting to the Head of Digital & IT, you will bridge strategy and execution, drive cross-functional collaboration, and help build a solid data foundation for AI initiatives across the group.

Qualifications

• Experience with master data, data governance, BI, ERP systems (D365FO) or related areas.
• Interest in application of AI in a business context.
• Ability to coordinate and communicate with many stakeholders.
• Structured work style with ability to drive progress.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support master data governance across NDI Group.
• Work with stakeholders on structure, quality and maintenance of master data.
• Ensure governance for the use of AI within NDI Group.
• Help ensure AI solutions are built on accurate, consistent data.
• Coordinate AI initiatives across IT and business.
• Support methods, principles and guidelines with minimal bureaucracy.
• Translate complex data/AI topics into business-friendly language.
