Job summary

PwC Denmark is hiring a Senior Manager in Advisory, Risk and Regulation to lead AI risk and governance engagements for financial services clients, collaborating with PwC's global network to develop practical AI governance solutions and strengthen resilience and trust.

You will lead assessments of AI use cases, design governance frameworks, advise senior stakeholders, and help grow our AI risk and governance services while mentoring colleagues.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in economics, business, admin, finance, risk, data science or related field.
• Proven industry experience at banks, insurers, pension providers, asset managers or financial institutions.
• Hands-on experience evaluating AI risks and designing AI governance frameworks and controls.
• Knowledge of EU AI Act and ISO/IEC 42001 and implications for financial services.
• Ability to lead complex engagements and communicate with senior stakeholders.
• English fluent; Danish/Nordic language useful.

Responsibilities

• Lead assessments of AI use cases, risks, governance and control environments.
• Design and implement AI governance frameworks, policies and controls aligned with industry standards.
• Advise senior stakeholders on responsible AI adoption, governance structures and risk oversight.
• Build trusted client relationships and contribute to AI risk governance services and market presence.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, oversee engagement quality and mentor colleagues.
