Job summary

OceanWave Maritime is seeking a Preservation Architect to oversee the preservation, restoration and rehabilitation of historic buildings in Roskilde. You will collaborate with clients, contractors and government agencies to ensure projects meet local preservation standards.

Key duties include site assessments, developing preservation plans, overseeing construction, advising on materials and methods, researching building histories and documenting changes made during the process.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture with a specialization in historic preservation.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience on historical preservation projects.
• Strong knowledge of building codes, materials and construction methods.
• Excellent communication skills to work with diverse clients.
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.

As a Preservation Architect you will be responsible for the preservation, restoration and rehabilitation of historical buildings and structures in the city of Roskilde.
