• Developing preservation plans and strategies for restoration projects.
• Collaborating with clients to understand their vision and goals for the restoration project.
• Preparing detailed drawings, specifications and cost estimates for restoration work.
• Overseeing the construction process to ensure quality and adherence to preservation standards.
• Managing project timelines and budgets.
• Conducting site visits to assess progress and address any issues that may arise.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of all restoration work.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in preservation architecture.

Salary
