Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Strong interest in project coordination and admin support.

Responsibilities

• Organize meetings, prepare agendas, document actions and decisions, and follow up.
• Support routine status reports, dashboards, and KPIs; assist trend analysis.
• Track onboarding/offboarding, update resource trackers, maintain team rosters and access lists.
• Monitor time reporting; follow up on exceptions and reconcile hours.
• Assist with basic expense validations, budget trackers, and financial summaries.
