Qualifications

• Experience supporting projects or programmes in PMO or similar roles.
• Experience maintaining project plans, governance material, and action logs.
• Strong ability to coordinate activities across several workstreams and stakeholder groups.
• Experience with budget tracking, forecasts, financial reporting or burn-rate follow-up.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
• Structured and organised approach with attention to detail.
• Ability to work within standardised project frameworks and governance processes.

Responsibilities

• Support a large integration project within a regulated international organisation.
• Focus on project coordination, governance, documentation, financial follow-up, and stakeholder alignment.
• Maintain project documentation, standards, governance material, and decision logs.
• Track the overall project plan across several workstreams.
• Follow up on milestones, dependencies, risks, actions, and key decisions.
• Assist in defining project scope, activities, responsibilities, and delivery plans.
• Maintain regular communication with implementation partners and local sites.
• Consolidate project status updates and prepare material for governance forums.
• Coordinate stakeholder meetings and ensure agreed actions are followed up.
• Support collaboration between project management, technical teams, and operational stakeholders.
• Track budgets, forecasts, spend, and burn rates across project workstreams.
• Maintain transparency regarding financial deviations and cost-related risks.
• Support the development of the post-go-live Operations and Maintenance setup.
