Job summary

Twoday is seeking an experienced Program Manager to join our PMO in Customer Excellence. You will oversee multiple IT tracks across business units, aligning delivery with strategic objectives and stakeholder expectations.

The role requires strong leadership, a proven track record in managing complex programs, and the ability to contribute to evolving ways of working and delivery methodologies across our Nordic and international client base.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience in similar program management assignments.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee planning, execution, and delivery of multiple IT projects.
• Collaborate with business unit leaders to ensure alignment with objectives.
• Allocate resources effectively across projects for success.
• Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to maintain continuity.
• Track progress, address issues, and implement corrective actions.
• Provide regular senior management updates on status, risks and opportunities.
• Lead complex enterprise programs and advise on delivery improvements.
• Evolve delivery model with best practices across engagements.
• Coach project teams and support Bid Office and Digital Strategy.
