Job summary

Penta Consulting is seeking an experienced Scheduler (TPO/PMO) to join our project delivery team, coordinating complex programmes across international workstreams. You will develop and maintain schedules, manage resources, and support governance to ensure timely delivery.

Proficiency with Microsoft Project, strong stakeholder management, and ability to produce visuals and dashboards for diverse audiences are essential.

Qualifications

• Proven PMO/Project Scheduler or Programme Scheduler experience.
• Advanced Microsoft Project skills including resource planning.
• Strong scheduling methodologies and programme planning principles.
• Ability to create dashboards and visualisations for diverse stakeholders.
• Experience with PM tools such as Financial Force, Propel, LightSpeed, and DTPM2.

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and manage integrated schedules for complex programmes to meet timelines.
• Utilise MS Project extensively for scheduling, forecasting and resource management.
• Coordinate multiple projects and workstreams across large programmes.
• Produce high-quality reporting and visualisations for different stakeholder audiences.
• Support governance activities and ensure alignment with organisational standards.
• Identify risks and scheduling conflicts and propose mitigation actions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve delivery efficiency.
