Job summary

Ørsted is seeking a PMO-focused professional to co-lead workstreams and provide support within large transformation programmes. You will partner with senior leaders to plan, drive, and realise benefits across the organisation.

You will support governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and change activities, ensuring execution aligns with strategy and measurable outcomes. A recognised project management certification or equivalent experience is required.

Qualifications

• Experience driving workstreams as a project manager in transformation or implementation-focused programmes.
• Certified in a recognised project management approach, or have equivalent experience.
• Experience from large-scale transformation initiatives, or equivalent experience.
• Exposure to change management, training, or process design, or equivalent experience.
• Comfortable working with senior stakeholders and navigating complex organisational settings.
• Clear communication and a structured, collaborative, solution-oriented approach.

Responsibilities

• Co-leading projects and workstreams within large transformation programmes.
• Supporting programme delivery through planning, governance, reporting, stakeholder coordination, and benefit tracking.
• Driving implementation-focused initiatives in close collaboration with business leaders.
• Planning, coordinating, and tracking delivery across multiple stakeholders and dependencies.
• Supporting change activities, including new ways of working, process design, and capability building.
• Ensuring alignment between strategy, execution, and measurable outcomes.
