Job summary

Demant A/S is seeking a System Architect to unify the developer and release platform for hearing-aid software. You’ll influence 300–400 engineers, establishing direction, alignment, and technical vision across the platform and AI-enabled tooling.

You will lead through trust, enable teams to deliver, and collaborate with leadership to ensure the platform is always ready to release. This role shapes the future of our engineering organization.

Qualifications

• Open to different backgrounds; what matters is good technical judgement and ability to bring people along.
• Experience in either embedded/firmware software or DevOps/platform engineering/CI/CD is welcome.
• SAFe experience is a plus and AI can help teams work better.

Responsibilities

• Set the technical direction and keep it consistent across the whole platform, from development to release.
• Bring the pieces together, so our tools, pipeline and releases work as one experience.
• Keep a live picture of platform health and release readiness to make releases quicker and more predictable.
• Help teams get good, practical use out of AI in their everyday work.
• Raise engineering standards and clear blockers and dependencies that slow people down.
• Work closely with Product Owners so we align on priorities.
