Job summary

Demant is seeking a Senior Audiological Data Engineer to lead data infrastructure within its Audiological Solutions group in Denmark. You will drive data-driven development, collaborate with researchers and product teams, and help shape data architecture for future hearing instruments.

You will mentor colleagues, build scalable data pipelines, dashboards, and tooling, and ensure data quality, reliability, and accessibility across the organization.

Qualifications

• M.Sc. in Engineering or similar with a focus on data engineering, data science, ML, or related fields.
• Experience with audiological systems is an advantage.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to navigate complex systems.
• Collaborative team player with trust and high-quality delivery.

Responsibilities

• Drive data-driven development by partnering with developers, researchers and product stakeholders to improve outcomes.
• Provide technical leadership as Lead Developer for data engineering initiatives.
• Build and scale data pipelines, datasets, dashboards, and developer tools; implement testing and data quality practices.
