Job summary

Demant is reshaping the future of hearing-aid software by uniting architect mandates into one strategic System Architect role with the opportunity to define technical direction across our developer and release platform. You will influence 300–400 software engineers daily, guiding the direction, alignment and technical vision to enable teams to deliver together.

Qualifications

Strong technical judgement and ability to bring people along with you.
Experience in embedded/firmware or DevOps/platform engineering/CI/CD.
Ability to use health indicators to guide decisions.
SAFe experience is a plus.
Lead through trust, listen well and bring people together without formal authority.

Responsibilities

Set the technical direction and keep it consistent across the whole platform, from development to release.
Bring the pieces together, so our tools, pipeline and releases work as one experience.
Keep a clear, live picture of platform health and performance — including release readiness — to make releases quicker and more predictable.
Help the teams get good, practical use of AI in their everyday work.
Raise engineering standards and clear blockers and dependencies that slow people down.
Work closely with Product Owners to align priorities.
