Job summary

Demant seeks a System Architect to shape the developer and release platform for hearing‑aid software. You will define the technical direction across tools, CI/CD pipeline, and release management to enable 300–400 engineers to deliver software reliably.

Qualifications

Leadership in system architecture and platform engineering.
Experience with DevOps, CI/CD and release management.
Ability to guide multiple teams toward a shared technical direction.

Responsibilities

Set the technical direction and keep it consistent across the whole platform, from development to release.
Bring the pieces together, so tools, pipeline and releases work as one experience.
Maintain a live view of platform health and release readiness to accelerate delivery.
Facilitate practical use of AI in everyday development and release tasks.
Raise engineering standards and remove blockers and dependencies.
Collaborate closely with Product Owners to align priorities.
