Job summary

Demant A/S is seeking a Senior Audiological Data Engineer in Smørum, Denmark. You will join a small Data Insights team within the Audiological Solutions group to build and optimize data infrastructure and enable data-driven innovation across Oticon’s hearing instrument portfolio.

You will lead data engineering initiatives, collaborate with researchers and product stakeholders, and mentor team members to advance our data capabilities and scalable pipelines.

Qualifications

• Strong background in data engineering with scalable data architectures.
• Experience communicating complex topics to diverse stakeholders.
• Proven ability to mentor teams in data-driven practices.
• Comfort with handling large, complex datasets for reliability.

Responsibilities

• Drive data-driven development across the product lifecycle.
