Job summary

Jobtailor in Denmark is seeking a Project Controls professional to develop and refine tools for budgeting, scheduling, and reporting. You will work with cross‑functional teams to monitor progress, analyze data, and maintain Primavera P6 schedules, delivering actionable insights to leadership.

You will enhance reporting through automation and visualization, supporting decision making across finance, engineering, and project teams in large investment projects.

Qualifications

• Engineering degree in design, process, mechanical, or civil engineering.
• Data-driven with strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to foster stakeholder relationships and collaboration.
• Strong team collaboration across disciplines.
• Fluent English, written and spoken.
• Experience with Primavera P6 is advantageous.
• Experience in large investment projects is advantageous.
• Experience collaborating across finance, engineering, and project teams is advantageous.
• Interest in advanced project scheduling and digital tools is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and optimise project controls tools and systems.
• Monitor, analyse, and report on project progress and performance.
• Set up, maintain, and update comprehensive project schedules in Primavera P6.
• Analyse schedule data, identify critical paths, and provide actionable insights to project leadership.
• Generate reports and visualisations using Primavera P6.
• Collaborate with project teams and stakeholders across disciplines.
• Leverage technical skills and digital tools to automate reporting and improve decision‑making.
• Provide project management with reporting and decision support throughout the project lifecycle.
