Job summary

SATAIR in Copenhagen seeks a reliable People Operations Specialist to own Danish payroll and time administration within our HR ecosystem. You’ll coordinate data with a third‑party payroll provider and manage daily time-registration tasks, while ensuring compliance and data privacy.

Qualifications

• Strong Danish payroll experience and knowledge of tax rules.
• Experience with external payroll providers (e.g., Azets).
• Proficient with HR tools and Excel/Google Sheets.
• Fluent in English; Danish language a plus.

Responsibilities

• Payroll and time-management ownership for Copenhagen.
• Coordinate monthly data with payroll provider.
• Handle time-registration tool administration.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding in HRIS.
• Act as HR procurement delegate in SAP.
• Support mobility, visas, and recruitment admin.
• Suggest process improvements.
• Provide ad hoc HR support.
