Job summary

Airbus Satair in Copenhagen is seeking a dedicated People Operations Specialist to own Danish payroll and time administration, coordinating data with our payroll provider and managing time registration tools.

The role requires strong Danish payroll knowledge, attention to detail, and a hands-on approach toHR IT systems, procurement touchpoints, and recruitment-administration support for an international team.

Qualifications

• Danish payroll expertise including tax and holiday rules.
• Experience with external payroll provider (e.g., Azets).
• HR tech experience with Excel/Sheets; Google Workspace a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as the payroll and time-management expert for Copenhagen.
• Manage daily time-registration tool administration.
• Coordinate employee lifecycle data in HR IT systems.
• Provide ad-hoc HR support and ensure compliance.
