Job summary

Bellagroup, based at Bella Center Copenhagen, is seeking a Payroll Assistant on a maternity cover to manage monthly payroll and related tasks. You will collaborate with Finance and People & Culture, handling reimbursements, closing activities, and reporting to authorities.

The role requires English and Danish proficiency, experience with payroll systems, and a proactive, structured approach. Hybrid work options and a supportive team environment are offered.

Qualifications

• Relevant education and practical experience from a similar position.
• Proficient in English and Danish, both written and spoken.
• Experience with D365, LessorLøn and Quinyx is advantageous but not a requirement.
• Good understanding of sickness and maternity leave policies.
• Familiar with working under collective agreements.
• Quick to learn and adapt to new IT systems.
• Able to work independently and in a structured manner.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and oversee monthly payroll for all employees.
• Balance payroll-related accounts in the accounting system.
• Record payroll transactions in D365.
• Manage reimbursements and follow up on applications.
• Handle payroll tasks related to monthly and annual closing.
• Report to SKAT, ATP, pension companies and others.
• Respond to employee inquiries about payroll matters.
• Assist with various ad hoc tasks.
