Job summary

NKT is seeking a meticulous Senior Payroll Specialist to join our international team in Copenhagen, Denmark. The role focuses on accurate and timely payroll processing for Danish employees, working part time with a payroll colleague, and collaborating with People & Culture and Finance to maintain a smooth payroll operation.

You will manage complex payroll data, reconciliations, and accounting activities while having opportunities to improve our payroll systems.

Qualifications

• Structured, detail-oriented payroll professional with strong collaboration skills.
• Clear communication in Danish and English.
• Experience with payroll processing and reconciliation in large organisations.
• Experience with Lessor Løn and Lessor Workforce preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processes for Danish employees.
• Collaborate with People & Culture and Finance to ensure accurate payroll.
• Handle holiday pay, reimbursements, and e-Income reporting; audit data.
• Shadow payments for international employees.
• Ensure data quality and compliance across payroll processes.
