Zalaris, a leading payroll outsourcing provider, seeks a Danish Payroll Expert passionate about technology to join our international team. You will manage Danish payroll end-to-end in SAP, ensure accuracy and compliance, and drive automation initiatives while collaborating with HR, Finance, and tech teams.

• Strong knowledge of Danish payroll processing and legislation.
• Ability to analyse payroll data, identify trends, perform reconciliations, and provide insights for decision-making.
• Professional level English communication, both written and verbal.
• Advanced Excel skills and experience handling large datasets.
• Tech-savvy with curiosity for automation, AI tools, and digital transformation in payroll operations.
• Ability to quickly learn new systems and technologies.
• Experience with SAP Payroll is advantageous; support will be provided to build expertise.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Strong customer service mindset and ability to build trusted relationships.
• Experience in payroll outsourcing, shared services, or international environments is advantageous.

Responsibilities
