Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a payroll professional to support colleagues across Denmark with salary, pension, taxation, vacation and time registration. You will handle inquiries with clear guidance and learn payroll processes through structured training, contributing to accurate and timely payroll delivery.

Collaborate with Payroll and other teams to resolve enquiries, while exploring digital solutions and AI tools to improve workflows. Fluency in Danish and English is required.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative, customer service, HR, finance or other office-based role.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work.
• Ability to work independently, manage priorities and stay productive in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with MS Outlook, Excel and Word; SAP Payroll/HR or ServiceNow is a plus.
• Interest in systems and AI-enabled tools to improve processes.
• Fluency in Danish and English, both written and spoken.
