Novo Nordisk A/S is seeking a payroll professional to support colleagues across Denmark with salary, pension, taxation, vacation and time registration. Payroll is about much more than salaries. In this role, you will help ensure that colleagues across Denmark are paid accurately and on time, while providing support on topics such as pay, vacation, parental leave and time registration. Whether you already have experience in payroll or are looking to build expertise in a specialist area, this is an opportunity to develop your skills while making a meaningful difference to employees across Novo.
Your main responsibilities will be:
Together with your colleagues, you will support a high-volume payroll operation that handles more than 55,000 employee cases and calls annually, making a positive difference through every interaction.
You will join the Payroll team within Corporate Accounting, part of Finance Operations at Novo. Together, the team supports approximately 34,000 employees across Novo and affiliated companies, ensuring accurate payroll delivery and providing guidance on payroll-related topics.
The team consists of 18 colleagues with diverse backgrounds and experiences who work closely together to deliver high-quality service. We continuously explore new technologies, digital solutions and AI tools to improve our processes and create a better experience for employees across the organisation.
Your skills and qualifications
You are motivated by delivering great service and interested in developing expertise within payroll. Whether you bring experience from payroll, HR or another office-based function, you combine a structured approach with curiosity, accountability and a willingness to learn.

Salary : For this role, the Annual Base Salary ranges from 383,200 to 563,400 DKK, corresponding to the level of the position.
The placement within the salary range will be assessed during the recruitment process based on the candidate’s skills, competencies, knowledge, and relevant experience.
Incentives and Benefits : The salary package may include short-term and/or long-term incentives as well as other employee benefits based on position level, location, functional area and relevant market benchmarks.
