We are hiring a dedicated Partner Ecosystem Operations Architect to design scalable systems, data, and processes across a broad partner network while collaborating with RevOps, Marketing, Legal, and Finance.

You’ll own channel operations, reporting, and cross‑functional projects in a remote‑first, Europe‑focused setup, shaping how partnerships scale with n8n’s growth.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in Sales/Channel/Partner Operations at a tech company.
• Experience with partner programs, deal registration, co-sell motions.
• Proficiency in Salesforce objects, reporting, and channel data.
• Strong data analytics skills and BI tooling experience.
• Highly precise, detail-oriented, and capable of scaling processes.
• Led organizational change to adopt new partner structures.
• Proven problem-solving mindset for operational gaps.

Responsibilities

• Own operational infrastructure powering the global partner ecosystem.
• Design and maintain channel pipeline tracking and attribution in Salesforce.
• Build and maintain reporting frameworks for partner metrics and tier performance.
• Support pipeline forecasts and drive partner growth with insights.
• Develop territory routing logic and ensure accurate lead attribution.
• Own configuration of partner tools and maintain process documentation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to operationalize GTM motions and enablement.
