Job summary

n8n, the open workflow orchestration platform, is seeking a senior GTM analytics professional to own pipeline analytics, support forecasting, and connect product-led growth to sales. You will build models and dashboards that reveal pipeline status, velocity, and conversion across the sales funnel, and partner with RevOps and product analysts to sharpen scoring and definitions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in sales, revenue or GTM analytics at B2B SaaS with ownership of the sales funnel

Responsibilities

• Build models and dashboards showing pipeline status: coverage, stage conversions, velocity, slippage
• Support RevOps forecasting with analysis and accountability
• Run win/loss analyses beyond price and timing to drive action
• Work out account/lead scoring using product usage and firmographic signals
• Sharpen PQL and MQL definitions so reps trust the queue
• Model territories, quota and capacity for annual planning
• Segment bases to identify which accounts, motions, and segments pay back the effort
• Answer questions that decide where the next GTM spend goes
• Partner with Analytics Engineering on Salesforce and data models in dbt/BigQuery
• Standardise metric definitions across sales, marketing and finance
• Ship dashboards GTM managers rely on
