Job summary

Promon seeks an experienced Head of IT to own systems design, strategy, and the IT budget. You will lead an energetic team, partner with Compliance & Security, and drive cross‑functional governance in a high‑growth tech environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading IT in a small‑to‑mid‑size, high‑growth software/tech company.
• Responsible for strategy, budget, and systems design.
• Strong risk‑based decision‑making and governance.
• Partner with Compliance & Security on information security and continuity.
• Commercial & contractual skills, including ICT supplier agreements.
• Hands‑on leadership with relevant degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Own systems design and information flow across the organization; approve new systems and define standards.
• Define the internal IT strategy, governance, and capability planning; manage the roadmap.
• Own the IT budget and vendor relationships; negotiate with suppliers.
• Partner with Compliance & Security to manage risk, continuity, and third‑party risk.
• Lead the IT team and report on performance, risk, and cost.
