Job summary

Natus Sensory is seeking a Project Manager with 6–9 years of experience to lead the deployment, integration, and optimization of ERP systems, AI initiatives, and broader business applications across Europe. This role bridges engineering, data science, and business stakeholders to drive end-to-end delivery of complex software environments that scale with organizational goals.

Salesforce experience is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

6–9 years of dedicated project management experience within enterprise software implementation and ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite).
AI core concepts, LLM integrations, business process automation, or data analytics pipelines experience preferred.
Strong mastery of Agile, Scrum, or SAFe frameworks alongside Waterfall governance.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end execution of enterprise application projects from scoping to post-launch support.
Oversee ERP module deployment and integrations with existing business apps to streamline workflows.
Deliver AI-enabled solutions and machine learning models into operations.
Manage stakeholders and drive change management for high user adoption.
Identify risks, dependencies and budget issues; implement countermeasures to protect timelines.
Facilitate Agile ceremonies tailored to mixed software delivery models.
