Job summary

Nitor Energy is seeking a proactive, part-time Student IT Supporter to join its IT team in Aarhus. You will deliver day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, access management, and documentation while applying your studies in practice.

Qualifications

• Enrolled in a relevant degree or has practical IT experience.
• Familiarity with Windows, Linux and networking is a plus.
• Analytical and self-driven with problem-tracing capabilities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver day-to-day IT support for users across hardware, applications, and access management
• Manage user administration, permissions and troubleshoot access or license issues
• Triage and investigate day-to-day infrastructure and security alerts
• Contribute to IT improvement projects and suggest better ways of working
• Maintain and update IT documentation and user guides
• Assist in planning and executing internal IT initiatives, automation tasks, and infrastructure improvements
