Zusammenfassung

Hobo Copenhagen is looking for a part-time chef to join our kitchen, supporting the evening à la carte restaurant and all-day bar. You’ll work alongside the Head Chef in a modern, inclusive kitchen and gain practical training as we open and settle into our new team.

We welcome candidates with kitchen experience or culinary curiosity. Start date is February 2027, with shifts mainly in the afternoon and evening, regularly including every other weekend.

Qualifikationen

• Some practical kitchen experience is preferred.
• Experience in an à la carte restaurant is welcome.
• You’re reliable, curious and eager to learn.

Aufgaben

• Help prepare ingredients and cook dishes for the restaurant and all-day bar.
• Support service with attention to flavour, presentation and consistency.
• Keep your station organised and help the team get ready for service.
• Handle ingredients with care and contribute to reducing food waste.
• Follow our food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures with guidance.
• Assist with cleaning, closing and leaving the kitchen ready for colleagues.
• Learn the dishes and routines and grow responsibilities with your skills.
