Job summary

Hobo Copenhagen, part of Strawberry, is seeking chefs to join the evening à la carte restaurant in Copenhagen on a full‑time basis. You’ll contribute to the all‑day bar and restaurant as part of one kitchen team, bringing care, ideas and a readiness to support colleagues during busy services.

You’ll work closely with the Head Chef, develop dishes, seasonally update menus, and help ensure consistent quality across service.

Qualifications

• Professional kitchen experience, preferably in a busy à la carte restaurant.
• Comfortable running your own section and leading during service.
• Ability to communicate in English and collaborate with the team.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes with attention to flavour, seasoning and presentation.
• Look after your section, plan preparation and keep station organized for a busy evening.
• Contribute ideas as menus and offerings are developed seasonally.
• Work closely with service to manage pace and dietary requirements.
• Share knowledge and help colleagues, reducing waste and following food safety procedures.
