Strawberry’s Hobo Copenhagen invites a full-time chef to join the evening-focused à la carte restaurant, contributing to the all-day bar and working as part of one kitchen team.

You will help shape menus, bring care to cooking, and support a culture that values clear communication and teamwork. English proficiency and weekend/evening availability are essential.

Qualifications

• Professional kitchen experience, preferably from a busy à la carte restaurant.
• Comfortable running your own section.
• Enjoy cooking food that people want to gather around.
• Attentive to details, curious about ingredients and techniques.
• Take responsibility and contribute to a supportive atmosphere.
• Able to communicate confidently in English and work evenings/weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook dishes with focus on flavour, seasoning and presentation.
• Look after your section, plan prep and keep station organized for busy service.
• Contribute ideas as menus and offerings evolve across restaurant and bar.
• Work closely with service to maintain pace and handle dietary requirements.
• Use ingredients thoughtfully, manage stock and help reduce waste.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures and document checks in e-smiley.
• Share knowledge and help colleagues to prep for next service.
