Job summary

Hobo Copenhagen, part of Strawberry, is hiring a part-time chef to support our evening à la carte restaurant and all-day bar. You’ll join a modern, inclusive kitchen and contribute to dishes designed for sharing with care and curiosity.

Position includes afternoon and evening shifts, at least every other weekend, and start date in February 2027. We offer room to grow within the Strawberry hospitality family and a supportive team culture.

Qualifications

• You have some practical kitchen experience and enjoy cooking.
• You’re reliable, curious and happy to lend a hand.
• You can communicate with colleagues in English.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare ingredients and cook dishes for the restaurant and all-day bar.
• Support service with attention to flavour, presentation and consistency.
• Keep your station organised and help the team get ready for service.
• Handle ingredients with care and contribute to reducing food waste.
• Follow our food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures, with guidance from the team.
• Help with cleaning, closing and leaving the kitchen ready for your colleagues.
