Strawberry's Hobo Copenhagen is seeking a part-time chef to join our evening à la carte restaurant and all-day bar. You’ll work in a modern kitchen with a collaborative team, focusing on dishes made for sharing and maintaining high standards of taste and presentation.

We welcome both experienced cooks and those looking to grow. You’ll typically work afternoon and evening shifts, with every-other-weekend availability, and you’ll be supported by a friendly team and training as needed.

Qualifications

• Some practical kitchen experience; knowledge of à la carte is welcome.
• Reliable and curious with a willingness to help.
• Ability to work weekends as part of the scheduled rota.

Responsibilities

• Help prepare ingredients and cook dishes for our restaurant and all-day bar.
• Support service with attention to flavour, presentation and consistency.
• Keep your station organised and help the team get ready for service.
• Handle ingredients with care and contribute to reducing food waste.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures, with guidance from the team.
• Help with cleaning, closing and leaving the kitchen ready for your colleagues.
