Job Description
Just imagine helping more shoppers discover the right LEGO® products and experiences through social media at exactly the right moment. Then make it real.
As our Paid Media Associate, you’ll be part of the LEGO Group’s in-house digital marketing capability, working closely with LEGO Retail to bring LEGO® products, experiences and brand stories to consumers across paid social platforms. You’ll support campaign activation, optimisation and reporting across key channels while growing into a trusted paid social specialist. This is an opportunity to combine platform expertise, data, creativity and commercial thinking in a role that directly influences how consumers engage with our products online.
If you’ve worked in a role where you’ve personally built, launched and improved paid social campaigns based on performance data, you’ll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to learn quickly, apply insights and use testing to make future activity more effective.
You’ll join GMA, where we help LEGO Retail connect with consumers through relevant and inspiring digital media. We’re a collaborative, open team that shares ideas, explores new opportunities and learns from one another every day. We combine the flexibility of home working with the value of spending time together in person, creating a hybrid rhythm that supports both focused work and meaningful collaboration.
Success comes from becoming confident in a space that evolves constantly. You’ll learn how new platforms, technologies and changing consumer behaviours create opportunities to improve performance and rethink how we connect with shoppers. Over the next 12–18 months, the team will continue strengthening its in-house paid social capabilities through greater use of data, automation and AI-powered optimisation. You’ll work closely with paid social specialists, LEGO Retail stakeholders, creative teams and analytics partners to help shape smarter and more effective media activity.
