About the role

As our Senior Manager, Social Media – Vehicles, you’ll define and execute the global social media strategy for one of the LEGO Group’s most important passion points: vehicles. You’ll combine deep social media expertise with credible vehicle category experience, acting as a trusted voice on automotive culture, enthusiast communities and emerging trends. From audience insight and channel planning through content activation, creator engagement and performance optimisation, you’ll help ensure vehicle launches and always‑on storytelling deliver cultural relevance, fan engagement and measurable business impact. • Built successful multi-platform content and campaign programmes.
  • Applied social analytics and performance measurement to improve campaign outcomes.
  • Influenced senior stakeholders across complex cross‑functional environments.
  • Led agency and creative partners to deliver impactful social campaigns.
  • Worked within the automotive, motorsport, mobility or vehicle enthusiast sector and built engagement with enthusiast communities.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Managed creator partnership programmes that strengthen audience engagement.
  • Applied social listening and community intelligence to shape strategy and content.
  • Delivered social media leadership within a specialist consumer passion category.
What you’ll build
  • A clear global vehicles social media strategy that teams can adopt and scale.
  • Product launch campaigns that connect innovation with platform‑native storytelling.
  • Strong creator, community and partner relationships across vehicle culture.
  • Reporting and optimisation frameworks linked to brand and business outcomes.
  • Social programmes that balance global consistency with local relevance across markets.
  • New opportunities to engage emerging trends, creators and enthusiast communities.

If you’ve worked in a role where you’ve translated strategy into standout social activations, built multi‑platform campaigns and used insight to improve performance, you’ll feel at home here. What matters most is your ability to turn audience understanding into meaningful social experiences and create work that resonates with enthusiast communities.

Life on the team

You’ll join the Global Social Media team within Product & Marketing Development. The team leads the LEGO® brand’s social presence across priority platforms, driving audience growth, cultural relevance and measurable business impact while partnering closely with local markets around the world. You’ll join colleagues who value strategic thinking, creative leadership, relationship building and cultural trend spotting, with opportunities to influence a globally recognised brand across a broad network of partners and stakeholders.
