Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is recruiting a Multi-Skilled Technician to support Johnson Controls at the Holme site in Aarhus.

You will perform and assist with technical operations, maintenance, and repairs on building systems, working with a small team and external vendors. As the on-site QHSE Champion you will own the safety and quality agenda, run risk assessments and toolbox talks, and ensure compliant, high-standard work.

Qualifications

• Technical education or trade certificate in a relevant trade (electrician, HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical).
• Experience or strong interest in QHSE and on-site safety.
• Ability to meet physical requirements and lift 25 kg or more.
• Proven problem-solving and communication skills.
• Proficient in Danish and English, both written and spoken.

Responsibilities

• Carry out and support technical operations, preventive maintenance, and repairs on building systems.
• Review work orders and coordinate with colleagues, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Schedule preventive maintenance with the client to minimize downtime.
• Own and maintain site QHSE documentation, risk assessments, and permits to work.
• Run safety walks, toolbox talks, and follow up on findings until closure.
• Promptly respond to emergencies and assist as needed.
• Propagate a culture of safety and continuous improvement.
