About The Role

CBRE Global Workplace Solutions (GWS) islooking for a proactive, service-minded and structured Facilities Supervisor tosupport Integrated Facilities Management delivery across the Johnson Controlsportfolio in the Nordic region. This is an excellent opportunity for a facilities professional who wants to develop a client-facing, regional rolewith exposure to operations, vendors, compliance, finance, reporting andcontinuous improvement.


Based from Holme, Aarhus, the FacilitiesSupervisor will work closely with the Nordic Facility Manager and support aportfolio of more than 40 locations across Denmark, Norway and Sweden,including offices, warehouses and production facilities. The role will be centralto maintaining safe, functional, and compliant workplaces while supporting ahigh-quality service experience for Johnson Controls and CBRE stakeholders.


During onboarding, the FacilitiesSupervisor will receive structured knowledge transfer and mentoring from thecurrent Nordic Facility Manager, gradually assuming increased responsibilityfor operational delivery and account support.


What you’ll do

Facilities operations


  • Support the day-to-day deliveryof Facility Management services across the Nordic portfolio.

  • Coordinate operationalactivities, service requests and follow-up actions across office, warehouse andproduction environments.

  • Support planned and reactivemaintenance activities and help ensure safe, functional, and compliantworkplaces.

  • Maintain accurate facilityrecords, documentation, operational data, and site information.

  • Contribute to workplaceexperience initiatives, service improvements and process standardization.


Vendor management and servicedelivery


  • Coordinate activities performedby external service providers and contractors.

  • Monitor vendor performance andsupport follow-up where service delivery or compliance needs improvement.

  • Support service reviews,quotation processes, minor projects, and vendor-related action tracking.

  • Help ensure contractors followsite-specific safety, access and operational requirements.


Performance, reporting andsystems


  • Monitor and support reportingof KPIs, SLAs, work orders, planned maintenance, and service performance.

  • Use operational systems andreporting tools to support data accuracy, transparency, and informeddecision-making.

  • Support corrective andpreventive actions, escalation follow-up, and continuous improvementinitiatives.

  • Work with tools such as IBMMaximo, Coupa/myBuy, Vantage and Microsoft 365 applications where applicable.


Financial administration


  • Support purchase ordercreation, management and tracking.

  • Assist with invoice approvals,financial reconciliations, budget tracking, accruals, and cost controlactivities.

  • Ensure compliance with CBRE andclient financial processes and contribute to financial summaries and reportingpacks.


Stakeholder, client andgovernance support


  • Build strong workingrelationships with site contacts, vendors, internal teams, and clientstakeholders.

  • Act as a key operational pointof contact for FM-related matters.

  • Support client meetings,business reviews, governance routines, and performance discussions.

  • Promote CBRE's values ofRespect, Integrity, Service and Excellence in daily delivery.


Compliance, safety and governance


  • Support compliance with CBREpolicies, client requirements, and local regulations.

  • Assist with HSEQ activities,audits, inspections, compliance reviews, and corrective action tracking.

  • Help promote a strong safetyculture across all supported sites.


What you’ll need

Required


  • Experience within FacilitiesManagement, Property Management, Building Operations, Workplace Services or arelated operational environment.

  • Strong organizational, planning,and coordination skills, with the ability to manage several priorities acrossmultiple locations.

  • Experience working with serviceproviders, stakeholders, and/or clients in an operational setting.

  • Good understanding ofoperational and administrative business processes.

  • Strong customer service mindsetand professional communication skills.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Officeapplications, particularly Outlook, Excel, Teams, PowerPoint, and Word.

  • Professional proficiency inDanish and English, written and spoken.

  • Ability to work independentlywhile knowing when to escape, seek input, or involve the wider team.


Preferred


  • Experience supporting multiplelocations, a regional portfolio or a client-facing outsourced serviceenvironment.

  • Experience with purchaseorders, invoicing, budget administration, accruals, and financial reporting.

  • Knowledge of KPI and SLAreporting, service performance tracking, and operational dashboards.

  • Knowledge of HSE, compliance, governance,or audit-related processes.

  • Experience using IBM Maximo oranother Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS).

  • Experience using Coupa/myBuy oranother procurement and purchasing platform.

  • Experience using Vantage orsimilar performance/reporting tools.

  • Interest in using MicrosoftCopilot, AI-enabled tools and digital ways of working to improve communication,reporting and operational efficiency.
