CloudHire is seeking an Online Consultant to deliver high-quality customer service and support to clients via online platforms. You will communicate clearly, resolve issues, and work with a dynamic team to maintain our reputation.

You will respond to inquiries, provide product information, troubleshoot problems, and spot sales opportunities. The role offers flexibility with weekend shifts and opportunities for growth in an international environment in Kolding, Denmark.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role.
• Strong communication in English; additional languages a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Strong problem-solving with attention to detail.
• Familiarity with online platforms (social media, email, live chat).
• Basic knowledge of technology and internet usage.
• Willingness to work varying shifts including weekends.

Responsabilités

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and complaints via online channels.
• Provide accurate information about products and services.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions or escalate to appropriate departments.
• Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times.
• Identify sales opportunities through customer interactions and make appropriate recommendations.
• Keep detailed records of customer interactions, transactions, comments and complaints.
• Collaborate with team members to improve processes, procedures and overall customer experience.
