Formación

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role preferred.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
• Familiarity with online communication platforms such as email, chat, and social media.
• Fluent in English.

• Responding to customer inquiries and concerns through various online channels such as email, chat, and social media
