As an Online Consultant you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and support to clients through various online channels This includes responding to inquiries resolving issues and offering guidance and advice related to the companys products or services

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and concerns through online platforms such as email chat and social media
• Provide accurate information about the companys products or services
• Assist clients in making purchase decisions by understanding their needs and recommending suitable solutions
• Resolve any product or service-related issues efficiently and effectively
• Keep track of client interactions and maintain a record of customer feedback for future reference
• Collaborate with the sales team to identify potential leads and assist in converting them into customers
• Stay updated on industry trends and developments to provide informed recommendations to clients
• Work closely with other departments within the company to ensure a smooth customer experience

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent Bachelors degree preferred
• Previous experience in customer service or sales is a plus but not required
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Proven ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Salary

1400$ per month negotiable based on experience
