As an Online Consultant, you will provide online support and guidance to clients through various communication channels. Your main goal is to ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and providing effective solutions.

Your role includes actively engaging with customers, identifying their needs, recommending appropriate products or services, and maintaining a positive online presence that represents the company's brand in a professional manner.

Responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate responses to customer inquiries through email, chat, and social media.
• Build strong relationships with customers by understanding their needs and offering personalized solutions.
• Identify opportunities to cross‑sell or upsell products or services that align with customer needs.
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services to assist customers effectively.
• Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues or escalations.
• Monitor online reviews and respond to negative feedback promptly and professionally.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends and developments to provide relevant information to customers.
• Use CRM systems and other tools to track interactions and maintain accurate records.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a customer‑service role, preferably online.
