Job summary

Admiral Hotel Copenhagen is seeking a reliable Night Receptionist to join our on-call team. You may be the last face guests see before their rooms and the first in the morning, providing warm, professional service during the night.

With 366 rooms in central Copenhagen, you will handle check-ins/outs, reservations, calls, and admin tasks while ensuring a calm, safe, and welcoming atmosphere across night shifts from 21:45 to 07:00; Danish language is not required, but English fluency is essential.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in hospitality or guest services is preferred.
• Strong IT skills with familiarity in hotel booking systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, check in and check out guests, including cash handling.
• Manage reservations and reception tasks.
• Answer phone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
• Perform administrative duties and night reception routines.
• Be available to guests throughout the night and coordinate with other shifts.
• Handle guest requests with professionalism and care.
• Contribute to a safe, calm, and welcoming hotel atmosphere.
• Coordinate handovers between evening, night and morning teams.
