Job summary

Admiral Hotel in Copenhagen is seeking a reliable Night Receptionist to support our night team. This on-call role demands hospitality excellence, guest warmth, and the ability to work independently during late hours, including weekends and holidays.

Shifts run from 21:45 to 07:00, with a courteous approach to check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries. Danish is not required, and additional languages are a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience in hospitality or hotel reception is advantageous.
• Able to work independently and maintain composure during night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, check-in and check-out guests, including cash and payments.
• Handle reservations and reception tasks.
• Answer phone calls and guest inquiries.
• Carry out administrative duties and night routines.
• Be present and available for guests throughout the night.
• Address guest requests promptly and professionally.
• Contribute to a safe, calm, and welcoming atmosphere.
• Coordinate handover between evening, night and morning teams.
