Job summary

Siemens Energy's Wind Power division seeks a Training Specialist to design, develop, and implement training programs for offshore wind technicians. You will work with the Training Project Manager to ensure training aligns with organizational goals and continuously enhance learning strategies.

Responsibilities include creating materials, applying instructional design methodologies, evaluating training impact, and keeping materials current with evolving processes and technologies.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in training design and development.
• Familiarity with instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles.
• Strong communication, presentation, and evaluation skills.
• PMC certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Training Project Manager to design and develop training programs aligned with organizational goals.
• Develop clear instructional materials such as manuals, presentations, guides, and storyboards.
• Apply ADDIE, SAM or similar methodologies to create effective learning experiences.
• Assess effectiveness using assessments, surveys, and performance metrics; recommend improvements.
